de handicap, repr\u00e9sentant 6% de l\u2019effectif total (5% \u00e0 Mayotte).\n<br><br>\n\nCette obligation s\u2019applique \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s, quel que soit le type de contrat.\n<br><br>\n\nChaque ann\u00e9e, l\u2019employeur doit d\u00e9clarer le nombre d\u2019emplois occup\u00e9s par des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s pour d\u00e9montrer le respect de cette
